In this case, the customer will have to refund product in saleable/ marketable condition with its original packaging. This product will definitely be accompanied with its original invoice .The product will be exchanged after examining properly by our experts. Neither the price will be refunded nor the business volume ( GBP) will be cancelled . Shipping cost must be paid by the customer at the time of returning the product.
If the product is observed to have been intentionally damaged or misused , the exchange warranty will stand void.
